I don't see any exclusions for Recruits on the ABN, give it a go: Recruit Bounty Scheme
If you're currently serving, questions like this should be addressed to your CoC. This platform exists to allow potential Recruits the opportunity to ask serving soldiers questions about life in the Army and shouldn't be used to ask internal questions.
