I’m a recent Accounting and Finance graduate interested in exploring finance-related career paths within the Army. I’d like to know if there are any graduate opportunities or entry-level roles that involve financial management or accounting, and if so what steps do I need to take to apply

HR Officers audit financial records and offer advice to the unit which they are attached as well as other HR tasks on promotion you may find yourself working in a a Headquarters in a more finance specific role. As a HR specialist Soldier you deal with pay and allowance input and audits but it is not until you promote to Sergeant/Staff Sergeant that you would really do an accounting role or become eligible to submit an application for a specialist management accounting transfer.
