Hello, there isn't a HR Apprentice role (we don't have any 'Apprentice' roles).
You may be thinking of HR Specialist? In this role you'll get enrolled on an accredited civilian industry apprenticeship during your trade training.
You'll 'deploy' on some basic exercises throughout Basic Training and Initial Trade Training to develop your Dismounted Close Combat and trade-related field skills respectively. You won't be qualified to deploy on operations until you complete Pre-Deployment Training at unit.
