can a parent change their mind if they have already given you consent to apply?
my father gave me consent to create an account and apply online (ticked the box that asks for parental consent), however after an argument he’s now saying he’s not letting me apply. However because he’s already gave me consent am i allowed to continue with my application or not??

Hi Lucy, yes you can change your mind as anyone under 18 requires parental consent to move through the application and to join at the end of the application process. I would advise calling the careers office to discuss your concerns or if possible going in for a chat. Then with all the information you can make an informed decision.
