Can soldiers take A-levels in the military?

In regards to A levels although its not something the Army offers as most people usually achieve these before joining. However there are opportunities to use your learning credits for further study to achieve A level grades i have been able to complete an access course as well as diplomas since i have joined all of which i have had to do as part time study but you sometime can get time out of work for personal development if discussed with the Chain of Command first.
