Hello,
If you would like to study medicine then it is worth thinking about what subjects you choose at school and in 6th form, so it is important to consider it early, even if you haven't quite decided that is what you would definitely like to do.
It is helpful to know if you want to join the Army when you start medical school, as applying for a bursary is most beneficial if you apply during 1st or 2nd year. However you can join at nearly any point during your career. I didn't join until after university, and applied during my 1st year working for the NHS.
