That's a good question.
The answer is that you should always expect to work overseas, but that most of our jobs are here in the UK. Depending on the kind of role you are in, and your personal preferences, you might be able to increase or reduce the amount of time you spend away from the UK.
Ultimately, it is a key part of our job and we should expect to deploy if there was a need for your skills but I have found the job to be fairly stable and I have spent most of my career in the South of England (which is what I have asked for).
