Do you take on or rehome dogs

My brother gave me a 8 month old Belgian malinos to train for a couple weeks. And hes messaged me saying he can’t have her back and needs to find a home for her. So now Im jut looking for somewhere for her to go and keep or someone that can take care off her. I haven’t got the time to train her now and also train my other dog. Just need help in anyway possible. As he’s been advised by woodgreen to put her to sleep for some reason and I don’t want that.

I'm not sure how the Army acquire their working dogs, but I don't think we rehome. I'd recommend contacting Dogs Trust or the RSPCA for advice.
