Have I got to keep shaving after I pass out ? Can I keep my facial hair when I complete phase 1 phase 2. ?

In short, yes, you'll have to keep shaving after pass out.
There are some exceptions (e.g. religious reasons, moustaches) but the majority of soldiers are expected to shave every working day.
