It's great to see you're thinking about your future already at 14! But don't worry if your confidence isn't where you want it to be right now. Confidence is a skill that is grown in the army, not essentially a prerequisite to join.
My advice would be to get some small wins, do stuff that's slightly out of your comfort zone, maybe join a club or start a new hobby. Maybe join the cadets or something similar, where you'll get new experiences and opportunities to put yourself forward.
You've already taken the first step by asking the question and if you keep this mindset it will all come with time, but remember, the army doesn't expect you to be perfect, they just want to see you're willing to try.
