Hi, you have separate washing facilities for males and females. And only once in 17 years have i ever had a communal shower (just females) and that was in Canada in the middle of nowhere! Accomodation blocks have baths in own cubicles and showers in own cubicles! You don't even have a shower curtain - you have a whole wall dividing you and the person next to you!
