I am currently being investigated for an offence, will I be refused service till the investigation is over

I’m afraid I can’t give you an answer for this. This is something that you’d need to bring up with your recruitment point of contact as they’d be able to advise on a case by case basis. Its all dependent on what the matter is involving and potential outcomes.
