I’m planning on joining the logistic core or the engineers but I don’t know what job to do in those given fields.

The best place to look is on the Army Jobs website, they have a role finder and a search function that allows you to search for roles using interests.
Following that you could pop in or ring your local Army Careers Centre, they will be more than happy to have a chat with you and help you come up with some ideas.
