Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are going through an important time when considering what you want to do with your life. Fortunately, I have great news for you; you have loads of time to decide!

I didn't join the Regular army until I was in my late twenties and I spent lots of time in the Reserves before I knew it was something I wanted to do as a full-time career. If you are thinking the army might be for you, I would say go and do as much research as possible. Talk to recruiters, watch videos, attend events and see how you feel. If you still aren't sure you want to do it full time, become a Reservist for a bit. It will give you a good idea of if you want to do more.

There are so many jobs in the army, finding the right one can be a little overwhelming, but there is certainly one that you would enjoy. Just look at the options available and see which one appeals to you the most based on your likes and dislikes.

Good luck with your journey, but don't feel you have to rush it, the army will be here when you are ready.
