There are a lot of rumours about army training and often the way it is portrayed in TV and film can be misleading.
Basic training can be tough, don't get me wrong, but it is very achievable. You will have been selected to start training because of your physical and mental abilities, so the army knows you have what it takes to pass, you just need to apply yourself to make it happen!
Your instructors will want the best out of you and will do everything they can to get you through the course. Everyone is on that steep learning curve together, so you will have lots of friends to go through the challenge with and the sense of reward for completing training is worth the struggles you might experience.
Ultimately, the only way to know how hard it is is to give it a go!
