Hi, the minimum level for Guards is 8.7. Just go to assessment and give it your best shot and see what you achieve. Post AC your recruiter will discuss the options dependent on how you have done on all aspects of the 2 days.

Hi I wanted to go for the assessment before responding. I went and everything went great I passed everything though have been deferred until the army occupational health consultant gives an opinion. I passed the bleep test went for 8.7 needed 8.6 I had to slow down my pace because I started to feel like vomiting and didn't want to leave and come back. My mindset was to complete everything with the remaining recruits we were 24 but in the end 16 passed. Still got my certificate hoping for a positive opinion from the consultant so I can begin basic training.
