You are able to apply but only if you have a British passport.
If this isn't something you'd aspire to have nor already in position of i'd suggest the answer would be a no considering.
Additionally, you'd only have access to the Army reserves (up to aged 42) Unfortunately 36 is the cut off for the British Army. You'd have to already be in training by 36.
