Struggling with fitness/ running. How could I improve this ? As no matter what i do it feels like I can't imprrove. Thank you

  • Some people find running more difficult than others it may be due to a number of factors e.g diet, strength or cardiovascular. You could do some online research for a training programme or some smart watch app have coaches where you set a target and timeline and it will create you daily running and strength training routines gradually increasing pace and distance. You may also consider a in person approach and get a trainer to help you focus on running.
