Thanks for your question, that's exciting you are thinking about a career change.
As you are currently serving it sounds like you have taken the right route by highlighting this to your Chain of Command. I would just follow up with them to understand your options. If you don't have any nursing qualifications you would need to go to Defence School of Healthcare Education within Birmingham City University to complete a nursing degree.
