What do I need to prove i am mentally stable and well.
When I was 14 I self-harmed to alert people to domestic abuse. At the time i was separated from my sibling who I was extremely close to and put into care. The carer mistreated me and I became malnutrition they ended up putting me in a mental hospital for a couple of weeks 6 years ago. no meds 6yrs.

Most cases usually have a certain amount of years free from sign symptoms and treatment. With it being 6 years ago that should increase your chances of a successful application. However it is up to the medical team to review all of your medical records and make the final decision. So this would purely depend on the fact if you have already applied previously and been rejected or if you are still yet to put your first application in.
