The normal working day would normally start with a parade. Then you would go off and do your routine job, the normal working day - 0800hrs until around 1630hrs Monday Tuesday Thursday,Wednesday and Friday are generally half days. lunch break around 1230hrs.
What we call NAAFI Break at 1000hrs for half hour. Afternoon tea break for 30 mins.
With some Physical training thrown in at some point during the working week.
