I’m trying to work out what I need to do for training any advice I can get would be a massive help
Med ball throw is designed on explosive upper body strength practicing the med ball throw itself is a good way to start you should talk to your local careers office to see if there is a MPCT college which will allow you to practice before attending selection. Other upper body exercises such as push up and pull ups may also help.
However, how you train is entirely up to you, you should always follow the guidance given by your doctor and or physical training instructor or under the supervision of the MPCT college as we cannot give physical advice, the above mentioned may help.
