My favourite part of my role is the opportunity to support and develop others. I enjoy being in a position where I can guide, motivate, and help the team succeed while continuously improve myself. Seeing the positive impact of our collective efforts is genuinely rewarding.

Yeah, I have to agree with Nana on this one. It is the ability to shape lives. From soldiers in other armies learning new skills, to giving academic qualifications to our soldiers to improve their ability to do their job and find rewarding employment after they leave the army. Every day I get to help someone else get better is a great day.
But I would be remiss if I didn't say that days doing sports or adventure training while getting paid weren't great days!
