All army jobs require you to pass a baseline medical hearing test.
I'm not a medical professional so I can't give a rough estimate of what quality of hearing is acceptable but if you have mild hearing loss or any other hearing condition, your application won't necessarily be rejected, but it will be reviewed by medical professionals against the current entry standards.
