Recruitment for CMTs is all year round, occasionally they shut it off due to high numbers of people wanting to do the job but this happens very rarely. If you talk to your local careers office they will be able to tell you when intakes are. That being said you would need your application in for them to be able to gauge it as some people have complications with their application which causes them to be delayed.
