Without a doubt, go as far as you possibly can in your education. The Army will always be here but your dedicated opportunity to study, without the distractions of other things like jobs will not. You will need to do your education as you promote anyway so why not do it before you join and have no reason to slow you down once you are in.
It has taken me 15 years to rectify poor decisions I made about my education and I am now studying for a degree through the Army. The Army will get you there in the end but why not free up that time to learn other things because you did your education properly the first time.
