I want to join the army in the future as a physiotherapist, but needs to work on fitness (im overweight currently). Any fitness advice?

My training team doesn’t know, and I would just like some insight on how many times does the chef course run in a year. I don’t want to feel like I’m gonna be in this waiting period for months when I could be doing something else. Any help or insight on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What the official policy on tattoos is now, I have read its recently changed I have a visible tattoo on the front of my neck as well as multiple other visible tattoos on my hands back of neck etc but none on my face or ears only on my scalp fully covered by hair as I am female and have long hair

So I'm currently 15 and 5 months looking to join Harrogate Army College or just join the army when I'm 16, but I dont want to leave my dog(hes a 6 year old belgian malinois) at home and was wondering if there is any way he could come with me, as i dont mind leaving my family and friends for a while.

Can women wear trousers in the army, particularly as an officer (i.e. at Sandhurst)? I've seen this question asked before but I cannot find a recent answer and previous responses have been conflicting. I would really appreciate a response on updated dress policy. Thank you!

im already service but currently dont see the military discpline, and what more of it and want a slightly more intresting job. i also feel like the army is a better fit for me as they have such a close bond with other soliders.

Hi, Madeline! Hope everything is well. I am a bit confused about the whole application process and if I am even qualified for the position. I am currently 20 years old and studying at NWU in South Africa, which I know is part of the Commonwealth. I still have about one and a half years of studying left. I am planning to apply after my studies and I was wondering at what time of the year will be the best time to apply for this position? Also, do I have to take any additional tests before my application for this position? If so, what are they? Or will I take the tests needed during my training? What can I do to prepare? I know I don't have to because everything will be dealt with in training but I want to do everything I can to qualify for this position before and during training. Kerstin.
