Main Motivation

I am motivated to help provide for my family and how I can support them within daily life of a soldier. However the many opportunities I gained from being a soldier are still endless, for example: the opportunity for the be apart of the Army Outreach Team. Becoming a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) is my main motivation to allow me to improve myself and my Departments fitness standards this looks to me as I can utilise this qualification with many units within the British Army when I can pass my course. So I am always motivated to hit that standard to allow me to pass this course.

Greatest Achievement
Within my capbadge and with everyone within my rank. My Squadron OC (Officer Commanding) selected me for his Air Trooper of the Year for the hard work I put into the squadron over the past year. No matter how much hard work you wanted to put there is always more hard work to do, this is a great motivating tool for you.
